2. Distinguish facts, interpretations, proposals, and current product behavior.
3. Publish reproducible conditions and limitations with performance and security claims.
4. Define the technical scope of financial and regulatory topics without presenting legal advice.
5. Keep Korean and English articles aligned in meaning and publication status.
